The School of Management and Languages has teamed up with Brightedge Project Management Ltd to offer the industry renowned PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner training and qualifications.
What is PRINCE2?
PRINCE2 (Projects In Controlled Environments) is a de facto standard for project management practitioners that is used and recognised globally. It is used extensively by the UK Government, and is widely applied in both the public and private sectors.
PRINCE2 is a structured approach to project management that comprises of processes, components and techniques. The PRINCE2 methodology can be applied to any type of project and can be tailored to suit any size or industry. It is this versatility and standardisation that makes PRINCE2 suitable for most organisations and creates high demand for PRINCE2 qualified practitioners. Course structure
The Foundation element will be delivered over the first three days with examination at the end of day 3. Day 4 will focus on the Practitioner element, with the examination one week later on day 5 of the course. This gives delegates a further week to revise for examination and provides the opportunity to address any questions to our experienced trainers.
